This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how PASR (Perfectly Short Service and Rentals) (“PASR,” “we,” “us,”
“our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and safeguards information in connection with our website,
applications (if any), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and
consent to the processing of information as described herein, subject to applicable law.
1. Scope and Application
This Policy applies to:
- Visitors who browse the Services (“Visitors”);
- Individuals who search for or engage service providers through the Services (“Customers”); and
- Service providers who create listings or otherwise make their services available through PASR
(“Providers”).
This Policy does not govern information collected by third parties, including Providers, advertisers,
analytics partners, or any websites or services linked from PASR.
2. Platform Characterization; No Agency
PASR operates as a location-based, schedule-forward discovery and listing platform intended to
facilitate identification of Providers and display of Provider-declared availability. PASR does not (a)
render services itself, (b) guarantee Provider performance, quality, or availability, or (c) act as an
agent, broker, or fiduciary of any Customer or Provider, except to the extent required by applicable
law.
Bookings and commercial arrangements typically occur off-platform and directly between Customers and
Providers.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information Submitted by You
(a) Customers/Visitors. Depending on your use, you may provide:
- Identifiers and contact details (e.g., name, phone number, email address);
- Inquiry content and communications submitted via forms or support channels;
- Search parameters (e.g., category, radius, date preferences, locality).
(b) Providers. Providers may provide:
- Profile information (e.g., name/business name, category, description, experience);
- Contact information (e.g., phone number, email address);
- Service area information (e.g., locality, pincode, region);
- Media files (e.g., profile photos, service photos);
- Scheduling/availability data (e.g., busy/free dates);
- Verification artifacts if PASR introduces verification workflows.
You represent and warrant that information you submit is accurate, not misleading, and that you have the
right to provide such information to PASR.
3.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Services, PASR may automatically collect:
- Device and technical identifiers (e.g., IP address, device type, browser type, OS);
- Log and usage data (e.g., pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, referring/exit pages);
- Approximate location derived from IP address;
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking signals (see Section 9).
3.3 Location Information
If you manually enter a location, PASR processes that input to return relevant listings. If you grant
location permissions, PASR may process device-derived location signals to improve proximity results. You
may revoke location permissions via device or browser settings.
4. Purposes of Processing
Subject to applicable law, PASR may process information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create, administer, and display Provider listings and availability schedules;
- Enable Customers to discover Providers within user-selected geographic parameters;
- Respond to requests, inquiries, complaints, and support matters;
- Conduct internal analytics, measurement, debugging, and quality assurance;
- Enforce our terms and policies, and detect, prevent, investigate, or remediate fraud, abuse,
security incidents, or unlawful activity;
- Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests;
- Display advertising and measure performance (where implemented).
5. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
5.1 Public Disclosure (Provider Listings)
The Services are designed such that certain Provider-submitted information may be made publicly
available (e.g., name, category, photos, availability). Providers acknowledge that listings may be
indexed by search engines.
5.2 Service Providers and Vendors
PASR may disclose information to vendors for hosting, analytics, communications, etc. These vendors are
bound by confidentiality.
5.3 Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may use cookies and pixels from third-party partners for analytics and advertising purposes.
5.4 Legal, Compliance, and Protection
We may disclose information to comply with laws, enforce policies, or protect rights and safety.
5.5 Corporate Transactions
Information may be transferred during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
6. Data Retention
PASR retains information as needed for service provision, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
Aggregated data may be retained for analytics.
7. Security Measures
We implement safeguards to protect data but cannot guarantee complete security. You accept the inherent
risks of internet transmission.
8. User Rights and Controls
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

- Delete information or close your account;
- Object to or restrict specific processing;
- Withdraw consent where applicable.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
PASR uses cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics, security, and

10. Children’s Privacy
Services are not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Third-Party Links
PASR is not responsible for third-party websites or off-platform transactions between Customers and
Providers.
12. Cross-Border Processing
Information may be processed in India or other jurisdictions. We implement measures to comply with
applicable data transfer laws.
13. Updates to this Policy
PASR may amend this Policy. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.
